羅馬書 6:6-7 因為知道，我們的舊人和他同釘十字架，使罪身滅絕，叫我們不再做罪的奴僕，因為已死的人是脫離了罪。
羅6:12 所以，不要容罪在你們必死的身上作王，使你們順從身子的私慾。 -Christians obey Christ and do not obey the lust of the flesh!
羅8:13 你們若順從肉體活著，必要死；若靠著聖靈治死身體的惡行，必要活著。
