Today, over 90% of the churches are NOT preaching the pure gospel of Jesus Christ.

Today, over 90% of the churches are NOT preaching the pure gospel of Jesus Christ.
In other words, over 90% of the churches worldwide are diluting the gospel, preaching a false gospel, or pervert the gospel of Christ.

Thus, over 90% of today’s churchgoers are NOT truly saved and born again Christians.  This means that over 90% of today’s churchgoers are false Christians.

Over 90% of today’s churches are carnal and worldly, they water-down the gospel in an artificial attempt to build their own kingdoms and go after numbers, offerings, and bigger buildings.

Most churches today would rather have populated pews and prosperity, instead of praying and paying the price for God’s presence, power, glory, and revival.

When churches use the “unbiblical, taken-out-of-context sinner’s prayer”, and leave out the necessity of true repentance, self-denial, taking up the cross daily and following the Lord(Mark 1:15, Luke 9:23), it results in false Christians, few tithers, worldly churches, prayerless pastors, empty prayer meetings, dead seminaries, powerless Christianity, and almost nobody cares to pray down revival and win souls for Jesus.

These are the main reasons why the world is changing Christianity instead of Christianity changing the world. And the church’s impact on the world is so little.

So, without the pure gospel and revival, the world will be influencing the church instead of the church influencing the world.

Without preaching the pure gospel and praying down revival, sinners will continue to sin, drink iniquity like water, crave money, lust, power, and their hearts will grow harder and harder.

The first step to revival

So, the pure gospel of Jesus Christ and revival are the only cures for a world that is wallowing in the pigsty of sin and rebellion to God.

What is the pure gospel of Jesus Christ?

It is the undiluted, unchanged, not watered-down gospel of Jesus Christ.  The pure gospel does not leave out repentance (Mark 1:15, Luke 24:47, Acts 2:38), self-denial, and taking up the cross daily to follow the Lord Jesus.(Luke 9:23)

The pure gospel is NOT about Easy Believism, nonchalantly “asking Jesus into your heart”, or praying an open-sesame like 30-second “sinner’s prayer”.

It is NOT today’s false gospel that ignores sin, bypasses repentance, and tells sinners to “believe now and repent later from idolatry, covetous, lying, lust, premarital sex, and sleeping around.”

The pure gospel of Jesus Christ will not tolerate sin, will not bypass repentance, will not fail to mention the reality of hell, and will not twist eternal life into an imaginary ticket to heaven.

Dear heavenly Father,

If we are sanctified and faithful to preach the pure gospel of Jesus Christ, and combine it with fasting and prayer, true Christians will again turn the world upside down(Acts 17:6) and bring about worldwide revival before the Rapture of the church.

The best is yet to come.

Whatever it takes, Lord.
