你們得救在乎悔改安息，得力在乎平靜信靠神
以賽亞書 30:15 NIV Bible主耶和華以色列的聖者曾如此說：「你們得救在乎歸回(悔改)安息，你們得力在乎平靜安穩(信靠神)。」你們竟自不肯！

Trust strengthens you. Worry paralyzes you. Trust sets you in motion. And today, God is calling you to lay down the burden of worry and pick up the power of trust. Your circumstances may not be fixed overnight, but when your heart trusts God, everything changes.
The way you walk changes, the way you pray changes.

5 你要全心(信靠)耶和華，不可倚靠自己的聰明，
6 在你一切所行的事上都要認定祂，祂必指引你的路。

這意味著，即使你的理智告訴你這不合邏輯，你的信靠也可以讓你說：“但我認識我的神。”
• The Bible says in Proverbs 3 5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he shall direct your paths.” That means even when your understanding says this doesn’t make sense, your trust can say, “But I know my God.”
