17 “What is man, that You should exalt him, That You should set Your heart on him,
18 That You should visit him every morning, And test him every moment?
- Many Christians don’t know that God tests them every moment. If so, then we wouldn’t have wasted so much time on carnal, trivial, or sinful things that have no eternal value in the Kingdom of God.
- God visits man every morning! Make sure you are praying, not sinning, when God visits.
- Taking up your cross daily and following Jesus is every Christian’s basic responsibility. (Luke 9:23) Remember, even if you did took up your cross yesterday, that is not good enough. Christ required Christians to daily, daily, take up their cross and follow Jesus.

- 耶和華會熬煉/測試/試驗人心。Think about that.
- The Lord tests our hearts, and Job 7:18 says that God visits us and tests us every morning! 神每早晨察看人，時刻測試人Think about that.
- Perhaps we should ask God every noon whether we passed God’s test every morning.
- God’s pot refines and His furnace burns. God’s refining process is going to hurt and burn off our “old self”, and all of our selfishness, covetousness, and lust. This process is sure to hurt, be in the end we will come forth and pure gold.
約伯記 23:9-10

- God sees our every move, every motive, every intention, and every true desire. No thought or motive of ours can be hidden from God.
- So all our thoughts and motives had better be holy and pure before the Lord.

- God’s eyes sees our ways and daily choices, and God sees our every step, every sin, or every decision to be holy, just as God is holy.
- 神看到我們的每一步。
歷代志下 16:9 耶和華的眼目遍察全地，要顯大能幫助向他心存誠實的人。
