Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

“The depth of revival will be determined exactly by the depth of the spirit (attitude) of repentance. And this will hold true for all people, at all times."  -Frank Bartleman, received from God in early 1905.

“The deepest repentance and humility and our own frailty and weakness must be realized before we can know God’s strength.” -Frank Bartleman

1 John 5:10 “…he that believeth not God hath made him a liar…”

“Some pray for the outpouring of the Spirit/revival without expecting to receive it.  “He that believeth not God hath made Him a liar…”(1 John 5:10) This, then, is the greatest sin of all.  What an insult, what a blasphemy, to accuse God of lying!” -Charles G. Finney

“We believe what every person in the world needs the most is: the Pure Gospel and revival. We believe if true Christians repent and diligently pray for revival, we can have revival in any city of the world. (Luke 11:13, 24:49; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:16-18, 33, 38-39 ; Acts 3:19; John 12:32; John 16:8; Isaiah 44:3; Psalm 2:8; 2 Chronicles 7:14-15…)

“Worldwide revival is absolutely needed in order to truly win souls for Jesus on a massive scale!”  -Johnson and Pearl

“The Bible was NOT meant to be just a history book that stirs us to “admire" revival and God’s past miracles.
The Bible was meant to be more of “textbook” that stirs us to “persistently desire" revival and God’s future miracles."  -Johnson and Pearl

God’s best things can only be given to those who show appreciation of their value by persistent desire and effort to obtain them.”   -Ernest Baker

Luke 11:13  KJV  “If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask Him?

Exodus 24:8 KJV “And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which the Lord hath made with you concerning all these words.

Exodus 25:8 KJV “And let them make Me a sanctuary; that I may dwell among them.”

“So, the ultimate purpose of the Blood of Christ was not only to cleanses us from sin, redeems us, brings us into a more glorious NT covenant with God, but also so that God can come down and dwell among us (aka “revival) and make us His New Testament temple.”  (1 John 1:7, Eph 1:7, Exod 24:8, Exod 25:8, 2 Cor 3:6-11, 2 Cor 6:16)  -Johnson and Pearl

2 Corinthians 3:9-11  King James Version
“For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory.
10 For even that which was made glorious had no glory in this respect, by reason of the glory that excelleth.
11 For if that which is done away was glorious, much more that which remaineth is glorious.

2 Corinthians 3:9-11 Amplified Bible

“For if the ministry that brings condemnation [the old covenant, the Law] has glory, how much more does glory overflow in the ministry that brings righteousness [the new covenant which declares believers free of guilt and sets them apart for God’s special purpose]!
10 Indeed, what had glory [the Law], in this case no longer has glory because of the glory that surpasses it [the gospel].
11 For if that [Law] which fades away came with glory, how much more must that [gospel] which remains and is permanent abide in glory and splendor!

13 It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the Lord; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of musick, and praised the Lord, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the Lord;

14 So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the Lord had filled the house of God.

2 Chronicles 7:1-4  King James Version

3 And when all the children of Israel saw how the fire came down, and the glory of the Lord upon the house, they bowed themselves with their faces to the ground upon the pavement, and worshipped, and praised the Lord, saying, For he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever.
4 Then the king and all the people offered sacrifices before the Lord.

“The presence of God was a universal, inescapable fact: at home, in the church and by the roadside. Many who visited Lewis Island during this time became vividly conscious of the spiritual atmosphere before they reached the island.” The scripture, “Wither shall I go from your Spirit, or wither shall I flee from your Presence?” took on a very real meaning.” –Duncan Campbell of the Hebrides Revival

Today's Promise - Isaiah 44:3 | Jesus Calls

Frank Bartleman used these scriptures to pray for revival.

Isaiah 59:12-16 King James Version
12 For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them;
13 In transgressing and lying against the Lord, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood.

14 And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.
15 Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the Lord saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.

16 And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.

Isaiah 59:19  “So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.

Isaiah 64:1-4 New King James Version

1Oh, that You would [a]rend the heavens! That You would come down!
That the mountains might shake at Your presence—
2 As fire burns brushwood, As fire causes water to boil— To make Your name known to Your adversaries, That the nations may tremble at Your presence!
3 When You did awesome things for which we did not look, You came down, The mountains shook at Your presence.
4 For since the beginning of the world, Men have not heard nor perceived by the ear,
Nor has the eye seen any God besides You, Who acts for the one who waits for Him.

Heavenly Father,
Lord of all, before I ask You to rend the heavens, and come down to America (and the world) in revival glory and power, before I ask the nations to tremble at Thy presence and repent, I ask You to rend the selfishness, prayerlessness, and laziness, and lack of love for souls OUT OF modern day Christians (me included).

Consume us with Your fire and glory, conform us to the image of Christ, to be more and more like Christ everyday, to bear fruits of holiness, to diligently crucify the flesh daily, and to persistently pray for revival or the Outpouring of the Spirit, and demand the fullness of the Father’s Promise, all powers from on high, all the Gift of the Spirit. Whatever it takes, Lord! Grant us ww revival before the Rapture and as many souls saved as possible without violating Bible prophecy. I ask for at least a billion souls truly saved in ww revival before the Rapture. I know it’s not too hard for Your, Abba Father, and my Lord Jesus! In Jesus’s name I ask and pray!

Ezekiel 22:30  “And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none.

Jeremiah 20:9  New King James Version

Then I said, “I will not make mention of Him, Nor speak anymore in His name.”
But His word was in my heart like a burning fire Shut up in my bones;
I was weary of holding it back, And I could not.

Jer 29:12-13 " Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek Me, and find Me, when ye shall search for Me with all your heart.

Jer 33:3  “Call unto Me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
