希伯來書 10:23 …因為那應許我們的是信實的。

林後1:20 神的應許，不論有多少，在基督都是是的。所以藉著他也都是實在（實在：原文是阿們）的，叫神因我們得榮耀。

民數記 23:19 神非人，必不至說謊；也非人子，必不至後悔。他說話豈不照著行呢？他發言豈不要成就呢？

19 God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?
羅3:4 斷乎不能！不如說，神是真實的，人都是虛謊的…。

來6:12 並且不懈怠，總要效法那些憑信心和忍耐patience承受應許的人。
That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

希伯來書 10:22 並我們心中天良的虧欠已經灑去，身體用清水洗淨了，就當存著誠心和充足的信心來到神面前。
Hebrews 10:22 “Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.”
