Why does God seem to ignore most Christians’ prayers?  

Why does God seem to ignore most Christian’s prayers for miracles, healing, provision, power, protection, unsaved children, rebellious children, and unsaved family members?

Simple. Because most Christians ignore their basic responsibility as Christians, so God will ignores their rebellion, as well as their selfish prayer requests!

What is the basic responsibility of every Christian?

Christian must crucify the flesh DAILY!

Crucifying the flesh once a week will not suffice.  Even if you crucify your flesh fully today, tomorrow your flesh might be tempted to sin and it will try to come back from the dead.  So, Christian must crucify the flesh DAILY!

Can the flesh be crucified all in one day?  Can the flesh be crucified completely, once and for all?  (How I wished I could do that!)  But no!  Nobody can take a bath one day and be clean forever.  Bathing yourself and keeping yourself clean is a daily choice and process!  Likewise, so is the daily choice of crucifying your flesh!

The only way to crucify the flesh “completely" is if you crucify it “daily" by your free will and choice.  God wants to see Christians renew their willingness to crucify the flesh daily, because this proves that you are willing to “take up your cross daily and follow the Lord Jesus". 

So, make a daily decision to crucify your flesh and keep your body under.  Offer your body as a living sacrifice daily, not just once a week!
